Time Drops #28: Week Of August 7, 2023

This has been kind of a "nothing week" outside of the blog. I finally celebrated passing a hundred thousand all-time views by re-watching and reviewing Stay Tuned, I pushed an old review of the Underworld series, and I continued my three-week Retrospective coverage of the Grimm Fairy Tales/Sinbad Crossover. Work hasn't been very remarkable in either a positive or negative direction that I can think of, and I haven't done any academic engagement. Maybe June and July have been so eventful that I'm emotionally burnt out? Numb? Lazy? Battling new and old feelings of emptiness, aimlessness, and fading motivation? As such, I don't really have a way to celebrate that I'm hitting 500 posts this coming week, and I'm cutting back content to only include Time Drops and two GFT Retrospective-related posts. Work on my Dragon Blog Super What If(s) will resume at a later date.

I seem to be doing alright for myself, though, as we're poised to pass twenty thousand views for the month.
